His practice also extends to Family Office architecture, corporate and commercial work, litigation, family law and a broad range of private and business matters. The MDB Law approach

Legal architecture without confusing advice with implementation.

The MDB Stacks are structured legal products: a reusable regulatory core configured around the client’s actual business. They help teams see how authorisation, products, customer journeys, transactions, controls, governance and evidence fit together.

MDB Law provides legal interpretation, architecture, guided resources and critical review. The client remains responsible for its facts, business decisions, people, providers, implementation and day-to-day operation.

Work outside the Stack practice is available through MDB Law’s Family Office, Family Law and Diverse Legal Services practices and is assessed and scoped separately.
